Our Customers Say It All for Us
We recently completed a major renovation in our home completed by Turchi Construction. Firs thing, I would like to say is that the project started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Our intention was to meet with several contractors for bids but after meeting with Rich Turchi Sr., and later Rich Turchi Jr., our decision was made and we didn't meet with anyone else. In order to keep this review fairly short, my wife and I could not be any more pleased with the finished results. We did new windows, sidings, soffit, kitchen, bath, flooring, stairs, doors, and outside lighting. Everything came out beautifully! Rich Turchi and his employees work very efficiently, were clean, and certainly paid attention to detail. All the little things were taken care of without us even knowing we wanted or needed them! Rich Sr. did exactly what he said he was going to do and then some. We highly, highly recommend!! If you need a contractor, Turchi is the best! Thanks Rich and Rich Jr and crew, can't wait to have you back in our home! John and Cissy Pine
"This is the second major project Turchi Construction has done for us, and I have say it was another top-quality job. Turchi Construction finished our nearly 1,000 sq ft basement into a great space, with a full bath, laundry and kitchenette area, 1 very large entertainment room and 2 large gaming rooms, as well as a walk-in storage space and a closet.
Rich, who was involved very step of the way, and his team of very friendly and courteous professionals, transformed our basement into a beautiful space, taking into account all that we were looking for out of the space. Rich is very dependable, flexible and reasonably priced. He worked along of us every step of the way, providing guidance and recommendations based on his vast experience in the industry.
My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the job and how everything turned out. We all have choices when it comes to remolding jobs and we would encourage you to consider Turchi Construction as a company you consider. Quite frankly, based on our experiences, we won’t look anywhere else. Turchi construction is the only company we trust with one of most valued assets, our home."

"I will never be able to find the words to thank you adequately for completing the double addition in our home. It is my personal opinion that your workmanship is outstanding as well as unparalleled. Your knowledge and guidance throughout the entire process was outstanding. Your availability and prompt responses to all of my calls/text messages were greatly appreciated.
I wholeheartedly endorse the entire team! From start to finish, the workers were courteous and professional. They were polite at all times and consistently cared for our home as if it was their own. Their dedication to their work as well as their Eternally upbeat spirit made it a pleasure to have them around.
I already have recommended you to my family and friends. And I really look forward to hiring you again for kitchen and bathroom remodeling!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

"Thank you so much for making a huge project go so smoothly. I cannot say enough about your professionalism from the start to the end! We appreciated your patience when we were designing and choosing everything that was needed. Your guidance and professional opinion were a huge help in making some of our final decisions. The design allowed for the the best flow and makes the kitchen more functional. You towed me in when I was getting crazy!! For example leaving the extra space above the cabinets, I would not have liked all that dust!! You saw the vision we had and made it happen, especially with the "media cabinet "! It is great not having all the electronics on the counter. Your wisest piece of advice was having everything ready when you started which alleviated any delays!!
I will always be impressed by the time that it took to do ALL the work we had done, along with some changes along the way. Not only was our kitchen done, but the new bannister, recessed lighting and crown molding in the living room. ALL within about 13 days.......INCREDIBLE!! Oh and the window framing!
Your employees were terrific too, always a pleasure to see them when I came home from work. It was like a surprise party each day to see how much work was done. I never felt like I was bothering you or them with my requests to change anything. Also, they left the house very clean when they left for the night, how awesome is that!!
I would highly recommend Turchi Construction!!! No doubt you will be called for any other work done here! Thank you again!"

"Rich, we want to thank you for the great job you did with replacing and remodeling our bathroom. Your design suggestions were most appreciated and the room looks beautiful. Just like the kitchen construction you did for us last year, your workers were friendly, responsive to our questions, cleaned up everyday and most importantly did great work with special attention to the details that bring the whole project together. Again, thank you."

"My husband and I were "contractor virgins" when we interviewed Rich Turchi and two other contractors to do work in our new home. Without a doubt, Rich was the most professional, knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable of the three. All this was just for our first meeting, and before he did any work for us. Rich completed all construction and painting ahead of schedule! He complied with all our requests for last minute changes in an efficient and affable manner. His workers were friendly, precise in their work and treated our home with respect. As long as Rich is in business we will continue to use and recommend him to others."

Lori
"I want to thank you for the excellent work you and your crew did building our second floor addition. I was extremely nervous and worried before the project even began. You made it an easy and enjoyable process by taking the time each day to explain what was happening. Most people just do the job, and they do not always ensure the best in quality. Rich, you ensured superior quality. You were always inspecting every detail as if it were your own home!"
"We will never use another company for future construction projects. Turchi Construction operated with the utmost professionalism and understood our need to build a structure that would reflect our company in a good light."

"Thanks Rich!, you and all the employees at Turchi were the best. Our addition is first class workmanship on every detail (even the ones you don't see!). Not only was everyone a world class craftsman, they were downright nice. It was important for us to have people in our home that we trust. All Turchi employees were very polite, on time and completely professional. They stuck to our tight deadlines and accommodated our changes without blinking. We have some more projects for the fall and can't imagine anyone but Turchi construction doing the work. I consider Rich and Turchi construction my 'secret remodel weapon'."

"What can I say about the bathrooms except I Love it! I Love it! I love it! Everything is perfect. The guys really were respectful of my home, you would never know they were there. They really pay attention to detail and their workmanship which is hard to find anymore. I always felt I was in good hands and that any problems that would arise would be taken care of. Everything is perfect. We already painted the bathrooms and they look great. Love the double shower. Love everything about it. Love the tile work, love the transom, love it all. I feel like I step into a hotel every time I use them."

"Thanks you Turchi Construction! Our home needed to be built to ADA standards. You not only built our home to meet our specific needs, but you went the extra distance and built creative features that make every part of our home accessible to disabled individuals. We are deeply grateful to you and the remarkable people at Truchi Construction."

"I am so impressed with your work and your work ethic. You truly treated us as if we were your family and you were not going to except anything less than first-rate work. I often heard you say to your crew, “I want you to do it as if it was my home or your home.” Showing that nothing but the best in quality would meet your expectations! Thank you for my beautiful “new home.” Thank you for respecting and honoring my trust and doing exceptional work!"

"Richard Turchi upgraded our kosher kitchen into a modern more functional facility. From his experience Richard was able to anticipate many of our concerns, which enabled us to discuss different available options, and then make appropriate decisions. Richard’s positive technology approach of “yes, this can be done”, helped to transform ideas, and concepts into reality.
The high quality craftsmanship, performing the work as scheduled, and completing the update within the agreed upon time period, helped us a great deal with the entire renovation process.
The newer kitchen arrangements, and the updated work and storage areas, have enabled us to more effectively use our kitchen. Richard’s attention to detail smoothed the way for the efficient arrangement of drawers, closets, and other kitchen components.
We appreciate the care and concern that Richard, and his personnel took with this work."

"Rich and team, thank you for your professionalism in constructing our 4 Season room. When Denise and I were searching for a construction firm to covert our patio to a 4 Season room, we heard a number of great references from your former clients. We're thrilled with how the room turned out. The time you spent with us providing guidance and suggestions was great and very much appreciated. We also felt very comfortable working with you and your team and also appreciate your flexibility during the project. Great job!!!"

"A shout out to Turchi Construction: The 1st time you and the guys came out to my house was in 2012 for a complete bathroom and laundry room remodel down to the studs. From start to finish, the quality of your work was second to none...superb in all ways. I was so impressed by the craftsmanship and experience of your team that I asked you out again to install three entry doors, two storm doors and panoramic windows. You also installed the same windows in the front of the home that just look fantastic. Once again, all the work was well above my expectations...you will be coming out soon to install tile throughout my hallway and entry that I would have no one else touch because when it is all said and done it will be beautiful. Just wanted to say a very special thanks to your team, Chris, Tony and all the guys who helped with our current and future renovations. Rich, you are the best...always there when needed. P.S. Cody our little dog says thank you for keeping a close eye on him while all the doors where open and for all the extra pets he got lol."

"Rich, we just wanted to thank you and your guys for the great job you did renovating our kitchen, dining room and bathroom. This was a major undertaking for us and we were apprehensive about hiring a contractor. You were recommended to us by two different neighbors and after meeting with you the first time we knew we had the right guy and were very much put at ease.
Your suggestions on design, style and colors were much appreciated. Even after the project was under way, the last minute changes we requested were taken care of with your usual "No problem, we can do that". The craftsmanship and attention to detail are obvious in the superior quality of your work. The end result was three beautifully finished rooms that our family will enjoy for years to come. Once again thank you."
